  • 300 ml cream of chicken soup
  • 120 ml milk
  • 1 dash white pepper
  • 720 grams cooked chicken chopped
  • 280 grams frozen mixed vegetables thawed and drained
  • 112 grams mushrooms canned or fresh
  • 360 grams cornflakes crushed
  • 30 grams butter melted
  • ½ tsp Italian seasoning
  • Mix together the soup, milk, and white pepper
  • Stir in the chicken, vegetables, and mushrooms
  • Pour the mixture into a buttered 2-quart baking dish
  • Combine the cornflakes, butter, and Italian seasoning
  • Sprinkle the mixture on top of the casserole
  • Bake at 180°C (350°F) for 35 minutes or until it turns brown and starts bubbling
