  • 1 cabbage
  • 2 large onions
  • carrots
  • sweet pepper
  • 180 ml soya oil
  • 128 grams sugar
  • 240 ml white vinegar
  • 1 tsp salt
  • Bring the sugar, oil, and vinegar to a boil
  • Pour the hot mixture over the grated vegetables
  • Allow the mixture to cool, then place it in the fridge for 12 hours
