  • 350 grams raw pumpkin finely grated
  • 125 grams flour
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 60 grams sugar
  • ½ tsp nutmeg
  • ½ tsp salt
  • milk quantity as needed
  • sugar quantity as needed
  • vegetable oil quantity as needed
  • Combine all the dry ingredients and fold in the grated pumpkin
  • Add a little milk until the mixture reaches a 'drop' consistency
  • Heat oil in a frying pan
  • Spoon dollops of the batter into the frying pan
  • Fry the fritters, drain them, and sprinkle them with sugar
